Initiate a Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Secure the Shipment
Carefully pack your fragrance in its original box and protective cushioning to ensure the glass bottle arrives safely at our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
